At School Daze, we strive for 100% satisfaction with our gourmet snacks and pantry staples. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day window for returns on unopened items or replacements for damaged goods.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return.

  Email our cafeteria crew at [email protected] with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  Ship It Back

  Once approved, pack your items securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the products back to our distribution center.

  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
